Please note the following steps to ensure a smooth transaction.
1. Forms / Announcement
Be sure to enclose a copy of the invoice and the delivery note as well as the fully completed
returns form (PDF Download).
Please ensure that all fields are filled out according to the
template shown here.
- Before sending the return, the RMA slip must be sent to us by email to: retoure@krempl.de.
- Pallet shipments must be announced in advance using this
excel table.
Unfortunately, we cannot process your shipment without the returns form.
2. Return costs
Please note that you have to bear the costs of the return shipment or return. The company Hans Krempl Haustechnik assumes no liability for transport damage. Therefore, please ensure that the shipment is securely packaged and insured. Furthermore, please note the legal requirements for shipping dangerous goods and the like.
Hans Krempl Haustechnik GmbH reserves the right to refuse acceptance or to offset the shipping costs against the return shipment in the case of returns that are not prepaid.
You generally have the option of processing your complaint/cancellation/return/exchange directly on site. However, please understand that the processing may take some time and the waiting time will be correspondingly longer. In such cases, it is a good idea to announce your appearance in advance by telephone or e-mail.
3. Information for commercial customers - deadlines, conditions and costs
Goodwill returns are only possible in perfect condition and with
undamaged original packaging that has not been relabelled. Spare parts that have already been installed/plugged in, special orders/manufactures, nonstock orders and discontinued items are generally excluded from return. In both parties' interest, items with a value of less than 5€ are also excluded from return due to the involved effort.
The possibility of a return only exists for the first
three months from the delivery date. For processing and re-storage, we charge a fee of 25% (at least EUR 3 excl. VAT) of the value of each returned item.
After notification of your return by telephone, the return agreement is valid for 8 days.
The items specified in the returns form must be sent with sufficient postage and insured at your expense to the address specified in the form.
Stick the signed return form (possibly with proof of guarantee) in a clearly visible place (delivery note envelope) on the outside of the shipment or note the return number clearly on the package.
A warranty repair can only be carried out if Hans Krempl Haustechnik GmbH has proof of the warranty (statement of the Krempl invoice number or copy of the end customer invoice). If no proof of guarantee is available, the repair will only be carried out for a fee after a written order has been placed. Defective items can only be exchanged in advance within our range of services or directly by the manufacturer, if this is offered. In all other cases (including new defects) a reverse transaction is not possible.
4. Note for end customers - return conditions
Please note that a return of the goods beyond the 14-day
right of withdrawal period is only possible in the event of incorrect delivery or a complaint within the statutory periods.
Otherwise, the general terms and conditions of the company Hans Krempl Haustechnik GmbH apply.
